Registration

The registration has to be done before March 15, 2018. A bank transfer of 220 EUR is requested to the following bank account:

The registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks (from Sunday May 27 to Tuesday May 29) and the social dinner.

An email to schooldes2018@unisa.it containing the following information has to be sent:

  • Name and Surname
  • Affiliation and address
  • Short CV
  • Payment receipt

Registration fee is refundable of 50% for administration charges, for cancellation before April 30 2018. No refund is due after such date.
School attenders can book a room at Towers Hotel Stabiae Sorrento Coast where the school will be held at the special rate of 70 EUR/day including breakfast (each room will be occupied by two school attenders, exclusive use requires an additional fee of 50 EUR). Double occupance (without sharing th eroom with a school attendee) can be booked at the special rate of 140 EUR/day including breackfast.
The special rates above are valid from May 26th to June 3rd. The special rates above are valid from May 26 to June 1, the hotel is sold out from June 1 on. The special rates above are now valid from May 27 to June 1, the hotel is now sold out on May 26 and from June 1 on. The special rates above are now valid from May 27 to June 2, the hotel is now sold out on May 26 and from June 2 on (only few rooms are again available on June, 1 due to some cancellations). We highly suggest to move to Naples, from June 1 on. In case you want to remain in the area, you can find on Booking a solution in Castellammare di Stabia or Vico Equense, that are 10 minutes far by car/taxi from the conference hotel.

Each school attender can attend WODES 2018 paying the special registration fee of 200 EUR. This registration fee includes lunches, coffee breaks and preprints. Banquet and visiting tour are not included as well as it is not allowed to upload a paper accepted to the conference.
